Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
- Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (where applicable)
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays The Alaura is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
